Does Delayed Periods That Happens Due To Exercise Mean PCOD Is Cured ?

Hi.. I did not had my period for three months. so showed to doctor and did scan and came to know i had PCOD. so i started exercising.Surprisingly i had my period just after 3 days of exercise. and i m still continuing . Does this mean im now cured. ??? im 25 .married. weight 70kg. height 5ft 3''
