Does Depo Shot Affect Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate?

I have been taking depo provera as a monthly injection for over 2 years now, I have not menstruated in that time period, and get the typical hot flashes, etc. I was wondering if depo can affect blood pressure and heart rate. I was recently in the ER with an elevated bp and hr, and they couldn't find much wrong except a low potassium and elevated d-dimer...further testing was negative for a clot. I just recently did a 24 hour urine and am waiting for results. Could the depo be causing any of these symptoms, or affecting other organs in my body to cause these symptoms?
