Does Depression, Anxiety With MRI Showing White Spots On Brain Suggest MS?

I am a 51 yr old female with anxiety, depression, nerve damage & a long list other symptoms that have increased over the yrs. I recently had an MRI showing white spots on the brain. The doctor has mentioned MS & I would like to know if these symptoms seem to go along with that diagnosis.
