Does Diabetes Cause Fatigue And Shoulder Pain?

I am a depressed diabetic whos A1C is over 12%. I know thats bad but lately I have been experiencing some disturbing symptoms. Here they are. 1. Fatigue 2. Sleeping during the day (no choice) 3 to 4 hours. 3. I have several teeth missing in my lower left jaw but still have tooth pain. 4. Walking really tires me out. 5. Shoulder pain. I just tried to pay through my visa but I recieved a non secured site warning from my computer so I will just have to forget it

Dear Sir/ Madam,
All the symptoms you mentioned are because of high sugar levels. Once you control your sugar levels all your symptoms will vanish. Shoulder pain would require physiotherapy and sugar control. Please check your fasting, post prandial blood sugars and review with diabetologist who can guide in the right direction..
