Not unless you are COMPLETELY disabled and cannot walk.....diabetes IS NOT a disability...nly if you (God forbid) lose a limb due to the disease or it causes you some form of debilitation. Of course, if any of this were to occur, you probably shouldn't be driving a car anyway.
