Does Diarrhea Flush Morning After Pill Out Of System?

I am freaking out because I had took the morning after pill this morning. I had unprotectedsex last night and i was wondering if having dihherea will flush the pill out of my system? I had dihherea before I took the pill and during the pill.. Is it still possible that the pill is still in my system !?!? I didn t vomit or anything today while being on the pill, it s my first time taking a pill, the only thing I m worried about would be the dihherea flushing it out.

Hello,

Diarrhea does not flush the pill out of the system. Vomiting can cause it. It can cause a weakness in the body. No need yo worry. Do take the next pill at your scheduled time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
