Does Diarrhea Reduce The Efficacy Of Warfarin?

I started taking magnesium and potassium citrate per my urologist recommendation to prevent further kidney stone formation. I have had diarrhea or very loose bowels since. I take warfarin for APS and my therapeutic INR range is 3 -4. My INR dropped to 1.9 and I had a third TGA. Could the daily diarrhea cause the warfarin to flush out of my system?

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my answer.
As you are suffering from diarrhea and your INR drop to 1.9 so it means that your warfarin drug is not absorbing properly as there is no enough time for its absorption. so you need to talk about this your doctor so that you xan be managed properly.
Hope i answered your question. Feel free to ask if you need any help. Thanks.
