Difficulty in concentration is indeed a symptom of ADHD. But it can be due to stress, anxiety or
depression. Emotional trauma can lead to forgetfulness. Vitamin deficiencies, alcohol or
drug abuse trigger ADHD.
Some medical conditions like Insomnia,
Schizophrenia,
Restless leg syndrome, epilepsy, etc.
You are suggested to make lifestyle changes, take balanced diet, have adequate sleep, stay away from stress, reducing caffeine intake, avoid spending a long time on the internet.
Avoid
substance abuse & alcohol. Take vitamin supplements.
If you have problems you can consult a GP, get physically examined. Get blood workouts, CT, EEG done. Get evaluated, get treated.
