Does Dilated Pupils And Cranky Behaviour Indicate Cocaine Use?

My 21 year year old son came to visit me. He uses cannabis regularly, but I notice that his pupils were severely dialated - almost to the point where the covered his entire iris. He was extremely irritable and cranky, not the usual signs of him smoking pot. Could this be cocaine use

It can be cocaine use, but also any other psychostimulant or halucinogen such as LSDm MDMA or amohetamines. Also, it can be overuse of marijuana.
