Does Discontinuing Minitop Cause Heavy Hairfall?

I am using mintop 10 for last two week, my problem is I have some front portion of my head has sculp and have thin hair. But problem is that from internet I know that if I discontinue it then it will creat problem like heavy hairfall is it right? pls. suggest what I will do ?
