Does Drinking Alcohol After Taking Citalopram Cause Bleeding?

I take citalopram (10mg) and I went to the bathroom tonight, wiped and there was bright red blood in the front and back. My period should not start for another 15 days. I had literally a sip of lemoncello (a sweet, creamed alcohol) tonight with dinner. Could it be the citalopram mixed with that little of alcohol causing the bleeding?
