Does Drinking Lot Of Alcohol Cause IBS?

i can see lots of questions relating to alcohol but no reply threads, i too suffer from a bad stomach and i have had every test known to man, the only explanation they give me for my symptoms is IBS. I do drink a fair amount of alcohol throughout the week. I just need to know...Are my problems alcohol related, or is it really IBS ??
