I started using fruit smoothies 2x a day bana,strawb,blueb,blackb,watermelon,cantelope,mango,grapes,rasb,alfalf sprouts, kiwi, pineapple,aleo water (any fruit) and add 1tbl so flax seed, 1 scoop Greens minerals&vita,jogi berries 1\4 c ,1/4c chia seeds! And take probiotics just to see if I can make myself feel better! Also thought maybe I could possibly shed a few pounds! I do feel better!
