Does Dryness Around Vagina Cause Itching?

im just wondering is it normal to have white just below your eyeball and if the vagina is dry can it cause itchiness, recently i have been worrying myself about chlamydia even though im certain i havent got it, but keep picking things to say i have also will pencillin cure this??
