Does Duphaston And Ecospirin Tablet Cause Missed Heartbeat In Fetus?

at 6 weeks pregnent i went to a scan and everything is alright..as i had a miscarriage one year back, this time Dr gave Duphaston 1 tablet 3 times a day and ecospirin 1 tablet daily. yesterday (8th week) i went to a scan again. Dr said he cannot find a hearbeat and this will be a possible miscarraige..Dr i wanted to know is this happened because of the medicines i was given?? please anwer
