Does Eating Cold Stop And Panadol Together Make People Sick?

Hi, Does eating Cold Stop and Panadol caplet together make people sick?
I gave these two pills together to my friend, and he is not feeling good... what should I do?
Panadol=paracetamol 500mg, psedoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg, and chlorpheniamine Maleate 2mg.
cold stop = aetaminophen 500mg, Pseudoephedrine Hcl 30mg, Diphenhydramine Hcl 25mg
