Does Eczema Infection In Hands Spread To Vagina?

good day doc.My name is mimi Iam 30 yrs.old I have this problem a bad smell everytime discharge... I just use soap like dove..to clean and 2 years ago I made an abortion that almost 1 month i didnt even go to the doctor to check because I was so afraid Iam single never get child so I dont kn0w what to do and I have problem in skin also I have this eczema since long time in my hand is it possible that I infected my vigana?pls help doc..thanks and god bless
