Does Ejaculating Outside Too Far From Vagina Cause Pregnancy?

=hello doctor i am in a serious tension.. last night me and my wife made out but i ejaculated outside too far from hera vagina.. but still i am having a doubt whether she s pregnant should she take a a contraceptive pill or take first home pregnancy test as it has only been one day now

Hello, you did not mention about her last menustral date and wheather her periods are regular?Sometimes there are chances for the semen to ascend from the labia to the vagina then to the cervix.I would suggest you to take an emergency contraceptive pill to be on a safer side to prevent unwanted pregnancy before 72 hours of unprotected act.hope I was helpful to you.
