Does Elevated TSH Level In Blood Cause Bulky Uterus?

my hs TSH (TSH 3rd generation) of thyroid is 5.46 mIu/mL. Normal range is .27 - 4.2) as per the report of mine. My scan report is bulky uterus and endometrium thickness 7mm. Is this becoz of thyroid? Will exercise like walking and Asan will help me to reduce? Else should I take any medicines?
