Does Elevated TSH Levels Result In Tightness In Chest, Neck And Face?

I ve been having tightness on my tissue and upper chest and neck and face areas. I had has him hashimotos and graves disease my thyroid was obliterated back in 2008 and now l am hypothyroidism. Went to ER and ran tests my CK levels were 306.. What needs to be done

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have history of grave disease and hashimotos thyroiditis. Now you have hypothyroidism. High TSH suggest hypothyroidism. You need to take synthroid or eltroxin like drugs to control your thyroid hormones. Then if your tightness remains persistent then you need other investigation. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
