Does Elevated Cholesterol Level And Fluctuations In BP Need Hospitalization?

hi, my husband is 38 yrs old,with a family history of DM, HTN, Cardiac disease, not on any medication. His latest medical test revealed high levels of cholestrol, 2DEcho shows mild MR.
