Does Elevated Sugar Level Cause Pressure In Neck, Fuzzy Head And Shadows In Vision?

I have pain/pressure in my neck, headache that s been getting worse as day has gone by, light sensitivity today, fuzzy feeling in head, and seeing black shadows. Any idea what this could be? I am a type 2 diabetic and my sugars have been running high which I ve been battling but never felt like this before
