Does Episodes Of Excessive Sweating And Shaking Indicate Diabetes?

I have these episodes where i will immediately break into profusely sweating. I can eat m&m's, or drink ensure & start to feel better within 5-10 min. During these "episodes" i feel shaky & its as if my body is missing or needs something. So does this sound like diabetes, something else, or am i over reacting? Thanks, hope to hear from you soon, sincerely Wes Knipp.
I have a z episodes of where all just are sweating profusely and I still collect a shaky and I'll eat some eminem's in a little bit ill make me feel better

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
In my opinion you might be suffering form Hypoglycemia.
hypoglycemia without using diabetes medications is not so common.
In my opinion you should meet your doctor and under go some test
1.insulin essay and C-peptide during extending fasting induced hypoglycemia
The above test will give you good information and throw some light on diagnosis.
