HI, Iam 30yrs old and unmarried, From my earlier 20 s me started having masturbation and had a erections. my penis is quite small. about 5 inches. but my major problem is now a days I have seen that there is no erection . It s always very loose. I used to do a lot of masturbating previously.and now I m totally useless. . I never had sex with any one
Please help me giving suggestions. How I can I make my penis muscle stronger? Somebody please advice

excessive masturbation does not cause any erection problem.
masturbation is normal phenomena.
99% of male performing masturbation.
what is main problem with you is you have excessive thoughts like you did masturbation and now you are not able to be a good husband or never perform well with your wife. such thoughts cause week erection.
consult psychiatrist for proper counselling.
also whether you have any features like burning urination, itching or local injury etc...
not to worry about it and enjoy it.
