Does Excessive Masturbation Delay Periods?
Hello, I last had a period on the 9th October and haven t had one since, ive had unprotected sex but pregnancy tests are coming up with negatives, my doctor won t do a blood test or anything so I was wondering if I could be pregnant? Does masturbation delay periods at all? Thank you

No excessive masterbation can not delay menstruation , there must be some other cause if it is not pregnancy. It may be hormonal. Now to tide over the problem, if i have to treat such a patient i will advice take combined contraceptive tabs 4 stat and 2 after 12 hours with in 7 days you will have menstrual period. May be. You are having hormonal irregular menstrual period problem. Once you get menstrual periof from 5th from the onset of menses i will advice orall pills one tab daily for 21 days ,please note no missing of a singal tab .you have this course for three months

I understand quite well your concern but you have nothing to be worried , because masturbation does not affect periods, neither delay them.
There are many different reasons that can cause delayed menstruation. 1.Stress can be an enormous contributing factor
2.Inadequate nutrition or
3.Excessive exercising can also cause a missed period.
So, I recommend you to follow a healthy diet and try to reduce your stress in life.
I also suggest you should by followed by a gynecologist, maybe to find an underlying cause of this delay.
