hi there i am having confusion about my baby as i have done lot of masturbation from the last 10 to 15 years and i am 37 years now ..i am having confusion in sperm counting whether will it helps for my wife to give baby or not ? how can we know the sperm counting stability? also i am having little bit of diabetic... can you please suggest me on this...thanks and my email id is YYYY@YYYY

This is unlikely to affect sperm quality, and well, you can try for a baby. Sperm count and quality can be assessed by lab testing (sperm analysis), but is needed only if there is failure of conception after trying for 3-5 years.
