Does Excessive Masturbation Have A Effect On Sperm Count?

Hi, i am masturbating frequently from 8 years. Now my body became weak and i m afraid that it ll effect my married life like pre- ejaculation,low sperm count e.tc. how can i recover al these bad effect if i m getting married next year. Please guide me
