Does Excessive Masturbation Have Side Effects?

Hi doctor, I would like to ask you about masturbation side effects if they are real or just illusions ?every time i masturbate i feel tired and i have joint pain for almost three days, just after i masturbate my eyes feel dry and burning, sometimes i have headache. What s your comment ? And do you advise me not to masturbate or you think it is healthy normal activity ?

* Masturbation is a normal physiologic activity among all mammals on the earth and you are one of them.

* The frequency of masturbation matters as one or two masturbations per day will not cause any issues, but excess quantity beyond that make you under stress to ejaculate semen which is not made inside your body and that gives you all stress-related sequences.

* I would suggest the following

- drink more liquids

- consume a balanced nutritious diet with essential elements, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein, carbohydrates, fat etc
- stick to once a day masturbation

- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming

- regular work out, gym

- maintain sound regular sleep of 7 hours
- be involved in daily likelihood activities to keep yourself best busy.
