hi iam 27 now imasterbute now i left that activity past 1 year my penis become to short and there is no erection with out touching penis my health is very good do i need any treatment?

Your penis wont become shorter if u stop masterbating. If masterbation caused increase in penis size some of us would be having 6 foot long penises.
U r perfectly alright. U dont need treatment
