Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Excessive sweating can be present in menopause, skin diseases and hormonal disturbances.
The sweating intensity which you have described is unlikely due to menopause, and you should therefore consult a dermatologist for proper examination, investigations to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
