I started to exercise more treadmill, bike and 5-10min eliptical. I do check my blood sugar to monitor it. I am concerned developing diabetes, because my weight. I am conscientious about that. I dont take any medication, but occasionally after the exercise I feel low energy, and sore, body aches. I eliminated the bread almost completely, and I dont feel so swollen on my fingers or feet. My blood pressure is fine. My sugar is 110 when I wake up, before exercise is 105-119 and after 2 hr eating and/or exercise is still 109-116 , is this a concern should I see a endocrinologist or should I continue exercising and monitoring blood sugar, and dropping in my weight will improve my blood sugar? I assume I am pre diabetes. Occasionally i feel the spike of temperature that makes me uncomfortable. What is the suggestion?
