Does Extra Dosage Of Pain Killers Affect The Live In Future?

Hi, I have taken 14 Painkillers a day for 11 years after spinal surgery which my specialist named a failed surgery the pain got so much worse after the op I could not get by without tramadol and gabapentin every fourr hours I even tried Morphine which made me very tired and depressed. do you think this has damaged my liver or will in the future ? thank you
