Does Eye Injection Of Lucentis Cause Spitting Of Blood?

I spit a mouthful very dark red blood every morning. I already did chest x-ray , gastroscopy (I have a polyp on vocal cord), I do not think it comes frm my gums, I think I bring it up, because it only shows after lying down,not durung daytime when I am in erect position. Could it be connected with eye injection of Lucentis which I get every month. mThank you.
