Does Eye Problem Cause Dizziness?

I'm pretty sure I have pink eye; red, inflamed eyes, light sensitivity, tearing. I'm going to my eye doctor tomorrow but I was wondering if dizziness is ever associated with this. Every time I lay down, everything starts spinning, even if I am just sitting still.

Clean the eyes with sterile swab. apply neosporine eye ointment at bed time. take combiflam tablet at bed time. in morning show it to doctor as planed.
