Does Factory Heat And Humidity Cause Heart Attack And Blockage In Widowmaker?

I am a 46 year old male I am 6 4 and weigh 290 lbs I had a heart attack in Aug 2014 and had 100% blockage in the widowmaker I work in a factory and just went back to work 2 days ago from an unrelated illness from my heart The factory is hot and high humidity. The first 2 hours of my shift I feel fine but after that I get really tired and winded do you think this id from the heat If so what do you think I should do I lift parts that weigh 12lbs and do 700 of them the last 3 days. In the winter time I had no problem doing that job but have difficulty now
