Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Faint positive urine pregnancy test can be present in ectopic pregnancy or abortion.
Pain in lower abdomen is present in both the conditions.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
