Does Feeling Lightheaded With Syncope, Weakness And Head Pain Need ER Attention?

Hi there, my brother (19 years old) was at work today and was feeling light headed and then fainted. WE recieved a call from his work saying to pick him up, and he says he still feels off. He also hit his chin on his desk. He's complaining that he's feeling weak and has a pain in the back of his head. Should we take him to the emergency room? Thanks in advance!
