Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are are worried whether you have a Bipolar disorder or not. Now, from the description of your problems, you DO NOT have a Bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is a mental illness where the person suffers from episodes of mania and depression.

Feeling lonely and feeling that your friends don't understand you do not mean that you have Bipolar disorder. These are rather normal feelings which everyone goes through and I don't see anything abnormal in that. Maybe you need to get better friends who would be willing to understand you and stand up for you when you need their help.

Wish you all the best.

I think you need to be more emotionally mature and understand that everyone around you may not reciprocate your feelings. If your friends are not standing up for you or understanding your feling, maybe it's time to get new friends who do care about you.

It would also be helpful to be open about the way you feel and share your problems and emotions with others. This way you will feel less burdened and stressed.

Wish you all the best.
