Does Fever Along With Fatigue And Headaches Need Medical Attention?

I ve had a slight fever for a couple of days, about 99.5, fatigue, headaches, and I feel vaguely nauseated almost all the time. My stomach feels icy cold inside. I don t know if any of these symptoms are related, if it s just some kind of virus, or if I should see a doctor.

consult gastroenterologist for examination and advise on treatment.stool can be examined. maintain hydration. can take norfloxacin tz for two-days.
