Does Fever And Headache After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate HIV?

hello doctor,
There is this guy, my friend, 19 years old had sex with a sex worker without using condom. He asked her if she had any kind of diease, she answered no. It was his first time and after a day he started facing problems like fever and headache. Could you please tell me if this is a problem caused by HIV?

Hello
Unprotected sex is dangerous particularly with a sex worker . Now note down these early symptoms of HIV infection .
Fever, pharyngitis ( sore throat),lymphadenopathy, headache-retro-orbital pain (behind eyes ),arthralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, anorexia/weightloss. nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopapular rash, mucocutaneous ulceration(in mouth and tongue).
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of infection and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months.
P24 (pcr ) nucleic acid amplification test is the best test for early detection for HIV infection.
So in my opinion deal as mentioned above.
