Does Fever Cause Any Harmful Effect On Pregnancy?

Counting from the 15 Oct i am pregnant, around 56 days, I had high fever,cold, somewhere within the 17th of november ,don't know which day i was in, i never knew i was pregnant,coz i had missed my periods,i thought it was a delay in my menstrual cycle,only after 45 days i went to the doctor,had a urine test done,which turned to be positive,i am 44 ,this is my second pregnancy. my concern is when i had high fever wilthin november 17th i don't know which day i was in, I did not consult a doctor for fever instead i took Dolo 650 when my temperature went high. will this rise in my temperature cause any effect on my baby.
