hi sir , my wife is having a missing period , we had an intercourse four weeks ago //// but it was not for a baby , that am sure. but on that day she screts some fluid on her boobs like milk . she told it as a hormonal change ... what might be the current situation ?? whether she is pregnant???

Milk discharge from nipples is due to hormonal imbalance. I suggest you to get serum prolactin levels and MRI brain after consulting your physician.
