Does Flying Induce Nose Bleed?

I recently went on holiday. After the flight there I had a bad nose bleed in the shower that night. Since then I have felt off balance and dizzy, but mostly on one side. It happened two weeks ago. I have been told the symptoms are not vertigo as they are just on the one side.
Thanks
