Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It can be due to a seizure. As it is early morning there is a possibility of hypoglycemia which also can induce seizures. In such case blood sugar should be checked. Taking GRBS using glucometer will be helpful also.If sugar is low you can give sweetened juice or sugar candy which will help in such situation also. There will be sweating and cooling of body in this case. Even stroke also these can occur. If any neurological deficit is seen then a CT scan is advised to rule out this.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
