Does Focus Select Supplement Cause Awful Headaches?

Could Focus Select cause awful headaches? Maybe the zinc or copper? I recently started taking it and seem to have an increase in serious headaches. Yesterday, the headache from the day before finally went away, only to return shortly after I took the focus select. I am a 56 woman and weigh about 135 lbs.

Hello,

Both zinc and copper overdose can potentially be associated with headaches, but I doubt that an overdose is a case given that you have started it only recently.

However, if headaches started with Focus select I would interrupt it. It doesn't necessarily have to be an overdose of the main ingredients, medications can have other non-active ingredients used in the manufacturing process which can cause side effects on their own.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
