Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Masturbation addiction should be stopped or frequency reduced to thrice a week. Excess masturbation can cause problems of stress, depression, anxiety, physical tiredness and possibly erection problems and premature ejaculation. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for counseling and masturbation-addiction-therapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
