Does Frequent Urination, Brownish Spotting And Breast Size Increasing Indicates Pregnancy?

I had sex on the 14th of February the next three days and the 19 I felt different, I feel like I was sick and started spotting and it was brownish my breast now is getting big using the bathroom frequently and craving different kind of food will this be a sign of pregnancy.
