Does Gestational Diabetes Cause Palpitations And Dizziness?

asking for my daughter who is 30 years old and is 36 weeks pregnant. She also has gestational diabetes. She has just eaten her lunch, same as she has any other day. Her sugar was good this morning when checked and she is not suppose to check it again for 2 hours after eating. She is feeling sick to her stomach, heart feels like it is racing, and feels like she is going to pass out. Would these symtoms have anything to do with the gestational diabetes? Or possibly something else?

Gestational diabetes had nothing to do with palpations and dizziness. She is using insuline and it is better to se the dosage of insuline may be she injected to much and had hypoglycemia.
