i am having a few night cramps that i have never had befor. i am always hungry and want stuff that i never wanted before and my periord is a few weeks late do you think that i might be pregnet

As your period is always delayed one can not say about pregnancy.But now a days test for pregnancy, pregnancy test kit is easily available so do test for pregnancy and become tension free.
