Does Glimisave,diavit Plus And Jalra Have Side Effects On The Kidney?

Hello Doctor i was taking sugar for medicine earlier morning after breakfast Gluforrin XL 500 and in night after dinner Gluforring XL 500 and Onglyza 5mg. as continue taking these medicine my sugar level - Fasting 194 , PP -333 and HbA1c @ 9.10. My doctor change my medicine to Glimisave M3 twice a day, Diavit Plus - once a day and Jalra 50mg twice a day. Can you advise is these medicine will make any side effect on Kidney. And how to take it like before breakfast/diner or after Breakfast / Dinner. Thansk Naveen Thapliyal
